Scout Ship Palomino

WARNING!  This is NOT the same ship as the one in Disney's The Black Hole!

In fact, it was named the Palomino out of respect to the P-51 Mustang, to which is owed a great deal of design influence, as well as many other piston engine aircraft of World War Two.  There is also the obvious Star Trek look --do you think the Palomino looks like it would fit into Roddenberry's (as well as Berman's and Piller's) vision.
