Batman lets bad guy get shot just to prove a point

In this episode of Batman, he fully knows that the bad guy is going to take out the other bad guy. He has so much foreknowledge that he makes sure that Robin brought a camera. And then, knowing full well what was going to happen, knowing enough to shout to Robin to take the picture, Batman allows the shooting and murder, just to prove a point and make the bad guy go to jail.

Yeah, sure, they were bad guys. Scum. But is this Batman?
