I honestly don't know how legal this batch is. Stuff I have read indicates that the hosting site, archive.org, is not too watchful of its content a lot of the time.
However, they usually are. Internet Archive hosts all sorts of public domain texts and movies and other things.
Vampirella is a famous 70s horror title from Warren Publishing. Archive has just about the entire 100+ issue run. And they have been on the site for a long time--through my googling, they seem to have been on Archive for at least a year.
