JESS HARNELL (The Voice of "Wakko Warner")

Jess Harnell is an accomplished singer and voice-over actor, with credits encompassing television, feature films and radio jingles.  He has served as an announcer and has done character voices, celebrity impersonations and dialects for many television series, including "America's Funniest Home Videos," "Captain Planet," "Cheers," "Dynasty," and sang the main title song for the television series "What a Country" and "The Love Boat Reunion Special."

His feature film voice credits include "My Cousin Vinny," "Back to the Beach," "Three Men and a Little Lady," "Iron Eagle II" and "Short Circuit II," and since 1991, he has served as the new voice of "Roger Rabbit."

In addition, Harnell is a featured character in the following animated series:  "The Tick," "Biker Mice from Mars," "Bobby's World" and "The Shnookums & Meat Funny Cartoon Show."
